I want noRC opt. but There is only RC/R/C in StarRC manual.

I was include only metal LEF.
When DEVICE LEF was included, .SPEF was generated.

hello. I have some problem running Star-RC to make SPEF file during autoP&R (innovus).
I worked on PNR. so I have *.v, *.lef, *.def and .itf .
below script is use. when i extract for SPEF.

I'm working P&R using INNOVUS.
But, I have some problem about ANTENNA DIODE and DRC error.
first.
after place, occured antenna violation at all PINs. > so, I use "userAddDiodesToIOs.tcl" > then, The error disappeared a little. but, Error still exists(error count 14).
how to clear ANT...
