In my case problem was that I tried install from dowloaded file which I put at mapped hard drive by DOS command SUBST.
When I moved installator file to not mapped hard drive everything was OK.

Assumptions of the project:
- PIC18F67K90 (128kB Flash, 4kB EEPROM),
- very small board (only this PIC on it)
- I can't use external EEPROM or other chips,
- I want record its performance (history) at periodic intervals (how often was used, how long, and many other parameters...),

I have problem when i try to install MPLAB IDE v.8.63
I downloaded ZIP file to new folder, unzip it and run setup.exe.
When I answered for all questions (only click NEXT) and program starting copy files the error occured:
