I do not know HDL, VHDL or Verilog. I do OK with Altera's graphic editor but have a need to send 4 bytes of data from cpld to mcu upon mcu's request. I do not really need two way communication though that would be good to know for future projects. I just want to get these 4 bytes to the mcu...
