Hello,
I've a 2.1 GHz LDMOS transistor from freecale, before mounting it on the pc board,
I just use some Alligator clip cables connected between the DC source and the gate/drain pin of the transistor(just transistor, no mounting one the board).

of course u can do it, with the newest high performance Agilent VNA:PNA-X,
u can finish all the LNA measurements including the NF, IMD, harmonics,Gain
compression.

I didn't find the datasheet consist of the model u refer to , can u pls tell me the
exact file name,

Now I wanna do a Receiver 1st stage simulation via @ds, but I did't got
a @ds model fo NE34018,which is a GsAs HJ-FET LNA produced by NEC .
