yes, agree with above. but you should also have a solid knowledge on mathematic. you will find that is so important that if you want to be a good analog designer!!
It depends your interest and your backgroud. If you have taken enough circuits courses in school, I think analog is your better choice. but you should know that both analog and digital design could give you good salary after 5 years. if you work hard to learn. :-)

i also recommend Razavi's book for the beginner. and after that i think
"Design of Analog Integrated Circuits and Systems" of Sansen is more detailed.
