    graphene complex conductivity model

I have seen in many papers that Kubo formula was used to model graphene conductivity at microwave frequencies in CST, but I am not sure how to enter the values into CST. Can anyone please help me with a quick explanation?

Extract Group delay and Cross Correlation of the UWB antenna in CST

Can anyone explain to me how to extract Group delay and Cross Correlation of the UWB antenna in CST? If there is a template, I would appreciate if you could send it to me. Thank you!

RF Power Amplifier 20-2500MHz 20W design question

Output Power, 20 Watts P1dB Compressed 12 Watts (which is actually 41dBm, sorry) input return loss of 10dB NF is not very important (ie 10dB) Looking forward to your design recommendations. Thank you!

RF Power Amplifier 20-2500MHz 20W design question

I need to design a linear RF Power amplifier with flat gain of at least 45dB over 20-2500MHz. flatness +-2dB, P1dB min should be 37dBm, VSWR(in) 2:1 I suppose the technology of choice should be GaN, but could you please recommend the active device and the architecture that can achieve this...

    graphene complex conductivity model

I am trying to simulate a nanoantenna with a layer of graphene, but I don´t have the complex conductivity model for graphene in cst and hfss and the other problem is that the layer of graphene is only one atom thick (2D). has anyone done similar simulation in cst or hfss?

HFSS patch antenna partial ground boundary conditions

If we imagine that the antenna is like the one from the emtalk example, but with partial ground, what boundary conditions should be defined?

HFSS patch antenna partial ground boundary conditions

How to define boundary conditions for the patch antenna with partial ground in hfss? Should finite conductivity boundary be assigned to bottom ground face and radiation boundary to top airbox?

ADS Momentum simulation of the patch antenna with partial ground

@amitsinghjiit Thank you, but I am not sure that I understood your explanation. If port P1 is the port attached to the feed of the antenna (upper metalization layer), and port P2 is the port attached to the partial ground (lower metalization layer), does it mean that P1 port type should be...

ADS Momentum simulation of the patch antenna with partial ground

Is it possible to have a partial ground plane in a simple microstrip patch antenna simulation in ads momentum? I would appreciate if you could explain how to define the layers to achieve this. Thank you and regards

ADS Momentum problem with the layers

I want to define and map the layers in order to simulate a microstrip transmission line with a gap with a dice of dielectric that is placed over a gap and touching microstrip line on both sides. I am not sure how to map the layers and whether it is possible to have a dielectric as layer 1, as I...

ADS Momentum problem with the layers

I have to define the layers in order to simulate a microstrip transmission line with a gap with a dice of dielectric that is placed over a gap and touching microstrip line on both sides. I am not sure whether it is possible to have dielectric as layer 1, as I tried to map (strip) the layer and...
