Hello,
I am building a specialty lamp.
It will have a 1000 watt halogen bulb in it. I want to put it on a dimmer and when I turn the dimmer all the way to max I dont want the bulb to be burning at more than aproximately 100 watts.
I dont want to just put a physical limiter on the dimmer...
