I have tried reducing the PAPR by using SLM. But it is not working, can any one help me please?
I multiply the OFDM bins by exp(j*pi/4), i.e. a phase offset of 45 degrees but there is not even a change in PAPR.

Let me get this straight,
There are two kinds of spatial diversity:
1) SIMO/MISO with Space Time Coding like Alamouti
2) MIMO with the BLAST
Is that correct?
