its better u use phones other than nokia as interfacing nokia is big problem as they work with differrent baud rate.

erricson phones especially the older ones are perfect for interfacing
nokia fbus interfacing
hey the circuit need not b that much complex u dont wory abt the tx pin of the phone.
u just have a resistor and diode(remeber 2V7) for the rx of mobile .that will work
