I tried increasing RAM (I have 4GB RAM,Dual core processor)

hfss integration line
hiall,
is it ok to leave teh integration line undefined in waveport assignment?. In microstrip if i leave it undefined the "port field display" shows lines from ground converging on strip. is this correct?

hello all,
Whats teh use of "voltage" in "Assign excitation" in HFSS. i.e. if you want to assign waveport you select the object go to assign excitations and select wave port. now when do we need to select voltage etc...(apart from wave port there are other things in the list )

I am using hfss for past 5,6 months. Initially i used to get confused whether to use lumped or wave ports. After some time i found wave ports give good results. So use wave ports whenevrr possible. (But one needs to know how to use with uS ,CPW etc).But still iiam not very clear abt lumped...
