    Re: The control of relays Omron relay(www.omron.com) is good. But standard relay have bandwith too small. For high speed apllication I suggest use semi_relay that faster and reliable

    U have only one posible 12V/4A so u can't use 7805 and 7905 to make dual power supply +/- 5V.

    C Language ==> hex file

    If you want to have a program that can compose C code and convert to hex file. You can use Provier 32 or Keil. Good luck

    pic (microchip) C++ compiler needed

    Many many code composer can convert code to hex, (ex: keil or provier 32). But defaul optional not active ready so u must choose it in option to active it. Keil u can download in edaboard.

    Re: reference voltage ic Assum that you have 5 voltage form regulator IC, you can have 150mV by 2 resistors. 33K and 1K , accurate depented by resistor in use.
