Weller WRS 3000 E-4 error code ?

My WRS 3000 does not STOP heat up the soldering iron, everything else works fine.all buttons are functional . If you put a iron on any of the three entries, heats but does not read temperatures up to 40F

I do not see the connection is between passive components and dump! The problem occurs randomly, it works well for months
and suddenly after a restart not show correctly , after rewriting dump everything is OK...!!!

If you build schematics just like it should work, even if there are problems if the input does not matter , if hex.file is good and links to display are correct , alphanumeric characters should be on display , only job is to set the display contrast , for the blue...

two devices have different measurement principles, Go-esr measure internal resistance by shorting the capacitor with a MOS-FET, if I try to measure a battery are big risks to destroy the device. anyway at the first opportunity I will try .
