cheap gsm modules
Hei pisoiu, really in Romania ? Nice, do you know by chance where is
the fab located ?
And another question: internal TCP/IP stack can be disabled, ie
use the module as a GPRS modem (as with a phone)?

Check Intersema:

This is exactly what you need:

Re: Line tension measurement
Loadcells seems nice, but I wasn't able to figure a good manufacturer
and a price. Lots of places to look but rather confusing.
Do you have a place to look and buy online (preferable in Europe)?

Line tension measurement
I need a cheap and reliable method/sensor to measure
line tension (force) in a static line. Can be inserted into the line
path. Range up to 200 kgf.
Thanks!
open source ip stack embedded
Hey Bogdan !
I have (almost) ported uip to PalmOS, with the PPP cloned
from Microchip code. Got a clean connection, ping worked,
however I haven't proceed with a complete application.
Another very nice OS/Net combo is ethernut. It has PPP too,
a much more...
Some time ago there was an archive of the CD from the
book "TCP/IP Lean: Web Servers for Embedded Systems" (tcplean.zip),
now it seems is lost.
Someoane has it, please?
Thanks,
Cosmin
