hello..
i'm doing this autonomous robot using PIC...
i want the robot to collect some data in real time and transmit back the data to me via wireless comm...
anyone hv suggestion on which type of comm i should choose i.e wlan, rf, zigbee, bluetooth etc...
and the circuit /...
Re: Hi all!
Yups I agree with teddy..
The easiest way is to modify RC toy car...
Change its control part with ur own by using microcontroller..
You can add proximity sensors like infrared or ultrasonic for autonomous behavior..
but first u need to learn how to control the car motors with ur...
hello all..
i'm involved with this project right now..
can anyone suggest on where to start?
i'm only familiar with microcontroller interface..
image data acquisition is very new to me...
any suggestion or related materials are highly appreciated...
Thanks~
hello all :)
i'm starting a new project that requires me to modify web cam to transmit the data to pc via wifi...
anyone has resources or guideline on where to start?
any info on web cam data format n protocol would be great!
Thanks~
Re: edge detecting robot
can u tell me what kind of sensor and algorithm do u use?
is it working... i'm gonna start similar project soon..
i plan to use infrared and ultrasonic sensor
Re: dc motor controls
hi saifful...
i think one possible solution is to place diode between ur microcontroller and relay...
and fr relay to motor.. to prevent any back current...
gud luck!
measuring ac signal with adc
Thanx Guys.. I need some clarification though..
The AC that i'm going to measure is used for something else...
If i connect this to full wave rectifier and ADC, will this affect its operation?
adc for ac
Is there anyway i can convert the ac to dc so that i can forget about the sampling frequency?
what if i use diode and capacitor to rectify the AC.. is that possible?
rms adc pic
let me rephrase my question a bit...
my input signal look like an square wave AC with a spike at the falling edge of each pulse..
the voltage (including the spike which i need to measure) is around +/-12V...
i'd have a 0 - 5V ADC with PIC...
how do i produce a rms voltage of the...
ac adc
Hi all...
I have a 0 to 5V ADC which work well with my PIC microcontroller.
My problem is i need to measure a non sinusoidal AC voltage using the ADC.
Anyone can help me?
One more question... where should i place the ground reference for the AC? TQ!
labview bluetooth
Does anyone here hv any guideline on how to do this?
I want to send at command to my sony ericsson hp via bluetooth...
i manage to do this using serial port...
but rite now i want to implement it in software using labview or v.b.
please guide me on how to start...
:?:
TQ...
