current sensing
actually we need low current sensing...
the schematici post above...
can it really work?
can a coil really sense current from AC line with a current as low as 250 mA.... ????
Re: current sensing
we got this from the internet...
But we can't detect 4mV from the coil...
what could be the problem? will this circuit really work?
AC Line Current Detector
This circuit will detect AC line currents of about 250 mA or more without making any electrical connections to the...
current sensing
hello...
hope u could help me guys... my project involves detecting if there is current flowing in outlets and bulbs in a house...
i need 5 volts, if there is current flowing around .08 amps til 2 amps, O volts if there is no current...
The current sensor i found from...
im confused... 3- wire communication i connect the RX to the TX of the 8051 and the TX to the RX of the 8051 (of course using max232) and shorting the ground.
i connect RTS-CTS DSR-DTR and DCD but where would i connect it to the microcontroller...
how to send enter key
yeah i already read that how would i execute it using BASIC language?
would
print "ATA"
print "13"
do the trick?
how????
please help thanks!!!!
how to send enter key
i am using a ds89c420 microcontroller to answer a cal via modem, the at command for answering a call is ATA, so i burn the command print "ATA" to my microcontroller( i am using Basic language) , the problem is that for the modem to execute the command an enter key or...
to make a microcontroller anwser a call we used the followint commands
print "ATA cr"
and
Print "ATA"
print "cr"
which is more appropriate? or are there any other any way to answer the call?
but how would i know that the modem would respond "ok" the microcontroller has no monitor like the PC... sorry m just confused, will the 3 wire connection work? oor we have to short rts and cts to the dtr...
just like to ask if i burn the command -->print "ATA"
in the 8051 will the microcontroller answer the modem? i tried it and it's not working, im using 3 wire connection only the RX, TX and Grnd
please help... what do you think is the problem?
modem to 8051 connection
since the project of ricpax and mine is almost the same, just like to ask if i burn the command -->print "ATA"
in the 8051 will the microcontroller answer the modem? im using 3 wire connection only the RX, TX and Grnd
please help...
Re: modem to 8051 connection
you have to consider a lot of things, you should use rs232 (max232)
also read about haye's AT commands and rs232 interfaces
please help, i also would like to ask the connection of the db 9, from the modem to the microcontroller
are all the pins in the db 9 be connected? or just three(TX,RX, ground) ? please help thanks
my project involves handshaking of 2 modems, one modem is connected to a cpu while another is connected to an 8051.
i am confused how to use the modem's AT commands in a 8051 microcontroller. I need to get the modem to communicate with the microcontroller so if the phone would ring, it would...
i am using a ds89c420 Ucontroller, using the ports as output to drive a relay. I know the Ucontroller has low current output so i use 2n3904 transistor but the problem is when the relay is connected the output of the ports, goes down from 5v to 0v.
