hi everyone
I'm using telit gt863-py gprs modem.There is a static ip where I work.
so I am triyng to connect this modem to static ip and ı want this modem to stay connected all time because gprs modem will be very far away from my pc and it will be connected to pic.When ı send a command...
I still couldn't connect my Son Ericsson GM modem to gprs
I used these commands;
AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","INTERNET"
AT+CGATT=1
AT+CREG=1
AT+CGREG=1
AT+CGQREQ=1,0,0,3,0,0
AT+CGACT=1,1
AT+CGQMIN=1,0,0,0,0,0
These are OK but when I send AT+CGDATA=1 it says ERROR

Where should I start??
Now I'm trying to give my modem a static İP by using AT commands but that is also difficult:(

I'm using sony ericsson GM28 modem and I have the same problem.I was able to connect to the remote server now i need to push data to a STATIC IP.
My modem is diffrent so commands are not the same as SİM300.
