    pcb isolation layers You can aply rule from avio industry and simly said that on same layer for every 100 v you need 12 th( horizontal and vertica )

    ultiboard tutorial Just use Accel PCAD again becouse you can continue converting old files and you can get is for about 4500 USA$. ..and it is really good tool ! my 2 cents !
