You can use PIC 18f4550 mcu's. It can be programmed via USB after loading the boot-loader program in its flash using any JDM based programmer.

when I am using Code Composer Studio 4.0
and IAR workbench for MSP430 ?
e.g. we burn .hex file in the 8051 based mcu's.
