Verifying from a gerber file, how do I do that?
The .gbr files that I have generated from ultiboard are inaccessible from my PC,
the computer shows them as not recognised files.
As in: no program can open that file.
By the way I made the connections on my board and ran a netlist, drc and...

Alright!!...that sounds good so pin holes are connected from top to bottom.

All I have to do is make the footprint for a through hole component.

pin holes is where a pin of an IC is...can I put a via there if I want to connect that point from top to bottom layer...

Right now you have set the fuse bits at
External crystal oscillator, BOD enabled
Check datasheet,
And connect external crystal oscillator if you havent already(at XTAL1 and XTAL2),
And BOD(brown out detector is also not enabled)

I have designed a PCB layout on NI Ultiboard
I want to convert my layout on Ultiboard PCB design software to PDF format.
My requirement is to get my layout onto a pdf file.
That is copper top layer on PDF(kind of like a print).
I hope you are able to understand what I am saying.
Layout...
firstly only connect
pin 1-->GND
pin 2-->VCC
pin 3-->pot(10k) varying between vcc and gnd
pin15-->GND
pin16-->Vcc
The backlight should glow and after adjusting the pot...you will get black rectangles on one line...lower line
I found one in bombay...its called capricorn circuits...it is not good. It has lousy service.
