    Re: Help reset UPS Masterguard Maybe you have another program that is using COM port. The programm "PowerChute" from APC is doing that. Try to connect the UPS on a fresh installed Windows XP. I don't remember what Windows I did use. The cable must be 1 to 1 pin ( straight ) !!!

    Re: Help reset UPS Masterguard Nope, the load trick did not work. I have tried with 800W load. In the MopUPS the battery is reported as 95% charged. The battery were new and charged before installing. Still no luck.
