if you once create the footprint,you will find that creating footprint is very simple.
there are a lot of tutorial on the web ,so i suggest that you have better do it by youself,

I simplified the question.
1. length matching .make sure your setup and hold time margin greater than pcb delay,pcb delay 1ns/6inch.
2.impedance matching .make sure your pcb line impedance and load is the same value.pcb line setup you can use si9000.

there are 2 ways:
1. if your bga is special ,you can make a pcb that change the bga to another connector.but the bga is past to the pcb
2.if your bga is common,you can buy a socket from eletronic marcket
there are two way:
1.delete the componet
2.cleanup cache
3.replace the componet
or
if you don't want replace location of the componet,
1.edit the library
2.select the componet in library cache,right click,replace.
