I'm designing using TSMC technology. From what I know Artisan and Synopsys Nexsys can be used to build RAM using TSMC technology (correct me if I'm wrong). Does anyone have the contact for purchasing Artisan or Synopsys Nexsys memory compiler?
Hi phoenixpavan, I read the thread you mentioned before I post this thread. I wonder how to get the memory compilers and how they are used to compile RAM.
Hi, currently, I'm designing a processor (semicustom design). At the same time, i need to build RAM to communicate with my processor. Anyone know what memory compiler tools available for TSMC .18um process?
So far, from what I know, there are 2 memory compilers. (please correct me if i'm wrong)...
