To get my transmission coefficeient im solving the following eqs -
H = A*exp(ikz) + B*exp(-ikz)
E = Z*[A*exp(ikz) - B(-ikz)]
with the boundry conditions at each layer interface -
H(z-1) = H(z)
E(z-1) = Z*E(z)
