This is the same kit, but the new verison is 1.3. When you untar a directory will create called "local". "install.pl" is under "bin" directory.

I read all the design rule but it do not mention the size of width (W), how to determinate it ?
Is it lambda=min length / 2, but why TSMC_0.35um lambda=0.2um, TSMC0.25um lambda=0.12um ? and what is the meaning of SCMOS ?

1. untar NCSU CDK file;
2. type "which perl" in console;
3. modify 1st of install.pl to the path of perl;
4. ./install.pl
5. answer the questions.
6. set environment varibles.
i also trying to use TSMC 0.18 technology, where can find the tutorial ?

IC5141 & Hspice.
Hi, if i use NCSU CDK in IC5141, do i need to install Hspice any more ?
If need how to install syn_U-2003.03, which hvae two tar files (common.tar & linux.tar), which install first and how to link to IC5141 ?
Also, how to set environment variables for LDV5.

Hi i have several problem about IC5.
1. Installed NCSU_CDK, when add instance in schematic the button of "browse"in component window can't work.
2. Are the Assura & Hspice accompany with IC5.033 ? If yes, How to set they work ?
3. NCSU_CDK can only use Hspice to simulate ? How to set and use...
H-spice simulation error
I use the library of NCSU_Analog_Parts to perform H-spice simulation, the error displays:
/bin/csh: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypy.so.1: cannot open shared object file: Error
please help to solve it.

Install NCSU CDK in IC5.
Could anyone know how to setup the environment variables and how to run the file "install.pl" in Linux ? Or just edit cds.lib to link the CDK libraries in IC5 ?

Hi, when i launch icfb, in LSW window display:
