    LED Pins are shorted to ground

    Sorry, I shouldve explained in detail. V1 is the power from USB charger. Mcp73831 charging control IC controls the STAT pins depends on the charging process. V2 voltage source is the STAT pin at MCP73831. While charing, Vstat is 0.6v and when charged, Vstat becomes 4.7v.

    LED Pins are shorted to ground

    Hello. As you can see the attached files, two pins on LEDs are shorted to ground. It is PCB Soldering problem happened. It seems to destroy or fool the circuit. While charging, Only Red LED lights on(this is expected result) and I did not want any current flow across R1 into ground(Blue line)...
