Microcontroller based Lead acid battery charger

Dear treez i will set a PI controller in my microcontroller to generate the dutycycle. I'll measure the current going to the battery using ADC and then i'll compare that value to reference current value to calculate the error. Now my question is at what rate should i trigger ADC to take the...

    [Moved]: Pass/stop 20V from 5V control

Re: Pass/stop 20V from 5V control Yes, you can do it utilizing Mosfet as a switch, You didn't provide the power figure of your signal so i am not able to suggest you the exact mosfet model number.

    Power bank in a circuit.

There is control circuitry inside the power bank, you have to either modify that circuit or completely eliminate that circuit and design a new circuit at your own . So let me know if you are ok to design a new circuit.

12V UPS supply for embedded systems

I presume that you intend to use a three stage charging. U didn't mention the battery capacity so i'll explain it in general. Suppose you are using a battery of 12v and 7AH so the maximum charging current would be 7/10 = 0.7Ampere. And at the same time the load on the battery will be drawing a...

    Softstart a 240v LED lamp?

yes, it is possible to make this circuit, but you should mention the the power rating of your lamp in the first place, so that the desired topology can be chosen .

    feedback using optoisolator and tl431

please explain a bit more,, One terminal of resistor R2 is connected to fix Vref which is 5V , and the other terminal(compensation pin) can vary from 4.5V to 0.3V , so IFb max will occur when , the one other terminal is at 0.3V , so the calculations should go like (5V-0.3V)/R2 isn't it ?

    feedback using optoisolator and tl431

    In the calculation of Ifb max it's (4.5 - 0.3)/820. (in the attached image) why not it's (5 - 0.3)/820 ?
