Put a high value Resistor in series with a cap and zener. Tap the zener point to the Vcc of the IC. It should work flawlessly. Dont be too cautious on zener wattage. Use an IC which has low startup current
All the best!!!
Hi MrCrowley,
The core usually heats up due to saturation, but you have stated that the core is not saturated
The core may also heat due to heat transfer from the coil
Have you clear about the coil turns vs frequency and Inductance factor relationship
Have you selected proper core ?
800KHz is...
Thank you for the reply !!!
Yeah, I too guessed the same, but thought to clarify with the experts
Planning to use a CT to do the work, but I haven't developed any design before.
Anyhow will try to work out
Thanks once again
Hi,
Please help me out to understand the difference between the input & output bandwidth of an operational amplifier ?
Attached: AMC1301 Isolated amplifier datasheet
(Any suggestions regarding Isolated amplifier to sense current running in 100KHz will also be helpful)
Thanks
Hi Garyl,
AVR is completely open source and ready to use,
Arduino incorporates AVR chips with them and you have hundreds of schematics available online
Also you can get Arduino bootloaders free of cost
AVR ICSP programmer schematics and firwares are also available online.
Just do some google...
Hi chom125
Is that a microprocessor or microcontroller ?
Why you need a C-program to run ?
Even in real time, you are not going to burn a c-program into the controller.
Its just the .hex or .bin file
The same thing has to be loaded in this simulation environment.
Simulation is just the...
Hi satiz,
You don't want to give the secondary inductance value,
just the number of turns will do the job
Manufactures require primary inductance for proper inductance coupling by adjusting the core gap
All the best
Re: altium designer beginner question
Hi,
Probably I had misunderstood previously,
Two things you have to do.
* Increase the sheet size using custom style
* Design your own schematic symbol for your processor with all pin-outs in the same block
You will not have any restrictions in pin count
Re: altium designer beginner question
Hi arr_baobao,
These is an option called Off-sheet connector in altium
Off-sheet connector is nothing but the net-label but it connects even a similar representation in another sheet whereas a normal net-label can connect only nets within the particular...
Hi everyone,
I'm currently working with the I2C interface of the Raspberry pi Model B.
I want to interface a Real time clock DS3231 with the Rpi.
The problem is Rpi's I2C is only scanning a maximum I2C address of 0x77 whereas the RTC chip address is at 0xD0.
I thought that the Pi is considering...
Hi m1993p67,
You mentioned that u have a buck converter circuit.
So better use a P-channel MOSFET of N-Channel with High side driver.
Your circuit schematic will be further needed to help you out
All the best
Should be clock issues
Set proper clock rate. Have a look into fuse bytes in datasheets
Do some simple test like just turning on a bit rather than toggling
Hi mpiepen,
I couldn't understand your problem clearly,
But even though there are much compact relays available on market
A schematic diagram of your circuit will be good to clear out hurdles smoothly
Hi tiwari.sachin,
If you circuit couldn't supply enough current to the load, automatically the voltage may drop.
But that is not a problem since that is not going o effect your zener breakdown if you see that staright forward.
ut if your voltage is dropping for the initial surge current, it...
