I looked at your most recent bode plot. I believe what you are seeing should be coined "time delay" rather than "phase shift", although the two are basically interchangeable. Looking at the bode plot and doing some estimated calculations of the shift at 10MHz (-15 deg) and at 100MHz (-145MHz)...
