i want to know is it possible that atmospheric pressure effects natural gas(Methane) in side a cylinder??

i have ups 720W in my house ,with 12V batery and 200AH ,i want to know
1-how to calculate battery timing,mean battery run time for any kind of load.
2-what should i do if i want to extend battery run time in case of load sheding.

now i have a new problem ,pc recognaze pickit2 for some time and when i plug usb cable again it shows the result problem occured.
i can't understand what is actual problem??if pickit2 drivers are not installed then pc should't recoganize pickit2 even for 1 time ,then why pc recoganize it??and...
kindly can you tell me from where i can get pickit2 drivers?
because pickit2 i have downloaded dont have drivers ,when i connect with pc it shows yellow mark on pickit2 driver in device manger<hardware <HID

i am using a simpler design that i found on https://www.labkit.ru it was simple ,
only power light is on,no light is flashing.i have downloaded pickit2 v 2.61 but when i plug my usb with pc it shows hardware found and then show problem occured,it is not recognizing usb.
