Dear Members,
I am trying to repair a Toshiba LCD TV CCFL backlight circuit, I found 4 sot components which I am finding tricky to identify, any inputs from the members would be appreciated.
The 4 parts are as follows
1) SOT23 SMD code CA66 (possibly a diode as two legs...
Hi
I was working on my old LCD TV ccfl power supply. Incidentally the TV was repaired by a non authorized TV repaier technician and now was problem associted with CCFL gate driver, I traced the circuit diagram for isolated gate driver for the MOSFET to be similar to the image attached...
As Ctownsend has pointed out At89Cxxx chips can't be programmed using ISP programming.
it is easier and cheaper to get correpsonding A89Sxx chip as a direct pin to pin replacement.
Hi,
I am designing an instrument using HMC547ALP3E GaAs MMIC SPDT NON-REFLECTIVE SWITCH, DC - 20 GHz.
This switch requires a 0 to -5V differential signal for operation. The datasheet for these devices provides a sample
circuit that converts 0to +5V signal to negative range to drive these...
There can be few novel ways to make things work but not sure if they would be particularly useful.
I remember making one circuit two digital opto-isolators where the two optocoupler LEDs were in series and driven by one variable analog current source.
Of the the two photo detectors on was used...
Hi,
Visit nordic semiconductor website. They have exaple application note with firmware. Use the example as a skeleton to write your code.
https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/2.4GHz-RF/nRF24L01P
You might not have money to buy an oscilloscope but you could buy a cheap logic analyzer...
Hi Vandana,
nRF24L01 is not a Wifi module so I am sure if you are trying to use it for IoT it will not work.
You would need two modules for establishing communication as one will send the data and other will receive.
I have code for Atmel AVR and not arduino , and you would need...
Yadavaprasath,
You don't seem to get the essence of forums or the protocol of asking questions, we are not here to solve your problems.
You are supposed to describe your problem and give some background information.
From your message given above nether can I make any head...
You dont seems to observer what you are doing. Read something about networking too. Expecting forums to spoon feed is not good.
When you configured the DHCP setting you didnt wait for the module to disconnect and reconnect to the network.
You sent the At+CIPSTART command immediately. Your...
One can try sending UDP packets to check if the module is working.
sending this command AT+CIPSTART="UDP","192.168.0.102",555,556 should setup udp at IP: 192.168.0.102 with port 555(destination port for testing PC ) and 556 (as receiving port for module)
if sending data from a micro-controller...
Dear Nonwarrior,
Thanks for the reply and your inputs. Incidentally I had checked the the circuit post the inrush current limiter and had discovered faulty MOSFETS
where the gate drain and source had shorted out effectively destroying these inrush current limiters. Thanks...
Hi All,
I found out about this device. This is not a MOV as initially thought but this is a Inrush Current Limiters by a company called Ametherm. availabel at mouser
with the part number MS32-20010.
