you cannot get the desirable impedance and gain when the antennas are kept closely. there wil be a change in antenna parameters due to coupling. placing antenna less than λ/4 also causes coupling. to get minimum coupling place antennas in maximum distance possible.

place the LNA in a metal box (un painted) and ground the box at all possible places.

i want to design helical antenna for 2.5GHz using HFSS model.i am having parameters no.of turns=12,pitch=33mm,diameter=42mm,reflector plate thickness=2.5mm,length of the plate=140mm.
