    Inverted Op-Amp Variation

My ADC is a 24Bit ADC with 2.4V voltage reference. which means that the voltage change that will change the least significant bit [2.4V /((2^23) - 1) ]= 286nV. However measuring the output of the ADC repeatedly with fixed voltage input before the MFB LPF, im getting ADC output range in the...

    Inverted Op-Amp Variation

Hi KlausST, FvM & Dana, Thanks for the respond, i appreciate it. I have done some reading of MFB Low Pass Filters, and indeed it is a circuit used for ADC input application, as what i am using it for. I can also perform simulation using this tool in this link **broken link removed** I am...

    Inverted Op-Amp Variation

Hello, Newbie here, I would like to understand on how to calculate the gain of this inverting Op-Amp, as the Rin2 is normally not there for a standard inverting Op-Amp If I could understand how does the 0.001uF and 0.01uF Capacitor is an advantage for this circuit it will be super...

Network Analyzer Normalization(Callibrated vs Uncalibrated measurement)

Hello, I have a question regarding Network analyzer Normalization( Calibrated vs Uncalibrated measurement) My counterpart is measuring a Insertion Loss drift transmission line and from 10MHz to 67Ghz. Currently Im trying to duplicate the "drift failure" that he sees in the transmission line...

    Problem with inductive kickback

Hi FvM, I do agree with you observation, however having a Zener Clamp will actually divert the energy created by the inductive kick back in to a different channel that avoids the sensitive part such as Drain - Source Junction.

    Problem with inductive kickback

Hi guys, I got the samples in, It seems to work fine, the cut-off of zener diodes clamp the spike at ~34V. It seem to work fine for me

    Problem with inductive kickback

Hi Cris, Thanx.. i'll update the result here as soon i get the samples in..

    Problem with inductive kickback

Hi Chris, Thanx for your respond. Appreciate it. adding the diode will actually pulled it the spike down to 24V. Added after 1 hours 9 minutes: Hi , I just found out that im going to have limitations on PCB re-layout. Hence i need to work with the existing PCB I did some browsing to...

    Problem with inductive kickback

Hi, Im a newbie here would like to ask some advise on handling Inductive kick back on inductor switches that im working on. It seems like the Mosfet(Si2308DS) (DataSheet) occasionally damage after operating a certain duration. (Drain source resistant = ~0ohm) I found out the Absolute Max...
