how does the algorithm change when the noise isn't WGN ? for example, f(n) = exp(-|n|). can you still use euclidian distance or should you change to something else?
thanks
a communication line is given, with congestion control mechanism on it that includes fast retransmit.
[a] ---- [b]
we'll assume side a only sends packets of size A [bytes], and that side b only sends packets of size B [bytes]. the line bandwidth is C [bytes per sec], and the propagation...
i'm trying to understand the topic of sampling the DFT and aliasing in time. i was trying to work on the formula and got stuck in the middle - can someone finish? also i'd love to hear some explanations to clarifty this subjact
thanks
about the formula - X[k] is a N point DFT of x, and Y[K]...
z transform
can someone please explain to me the move from the first line to the second? i'm interested in the case where the second line isn't given, as it's easy to go backwards (ie deriving the first line from the second)
thanks
this is a point i dont quite understand - what's the meaning of the negative half of the frequencies in a frequency response diagram such as the attached one? i think i understand it mathematically but not quite physically
thanks all for the answers
eecs4ever, i have a question about your answer - i'm not sure about this part:
i drawed the way i usually use to determine parallel input feedback circuits beta (which i guess is flawed)
does it mean that the returned current is totaly independent to changes in...
basic feedback analysis
let's say i have this circuit
**broken link removed**
the feedback consists R3, R2, Rs, and is PISO. the problem is, how do i calculate the feedback factor β? the answer is -0.83, but no matter what i do, i cant seem to derive it myself. can anyone help me with the...
