hi ,
i want to design a Class-A amplifier with BLW30 rf power transistor. please guide me. i want to use it with my bitx20 ham tranceiver. the final of the radio is with irf510. but i want to replace the irf510 mosfet with blw30. so the biasing will get changed.
attaching the datasheet...
i already built two frequency counters with pic16f628. and one with prescalar 664 (DIP 8 pin ic) it can measure around 1200MHz. no luck with atmega8. but my 16f628 can measure 40MHz alone.
thanks, i will try this circuit withen a few day and put my experiment results here.
with me i also have two circuits for VHF and uhf oscillators directly. one is using grounded base transistor and the another is using two JFETs . i am uploading both those two circuits.
so i am...
hii,,
yesterday's experiment was really a crude one. i just wanted to see the grounded base oscillator working. its power supply was raw, all capacitors are very bad quality cheap capacitors and same those resistors. i also suspect that ambient temperature and working temperature of the...
Re: VFO for UHF (144-148mhz) Help please!
hii,,,
i am in my workshop now and just build an oscillator ( grounded base), its working but it is drifting around 200Khz per 2 second. totally unstable. still have to see it putting it in a matal box and see how much it can drift.....
anyway...
Re: VFO for UHF (144-148mhz) Help please!
is it possible to implement this VCO with a npn transistor???
and please suggest me the stability of the same.......

is there no asynchronous counter in avr and asynchronous prescaler for avr??? in PIC micro, asynchronous counter is there and thats why we can measure frequency upto around 40MHz.

hi all,
currently i am looking for a job in embedded systems in anywhere in India. i am attaching my resume with this post. if you know any vacancy in your organization, please feel free to forward my resume to your HR people. I have More than 5years of experience in embedded system...
hi attrish,
are telling me the kit can measure .001ug or .001g???? if it is .001g also with the load cell, then the design of the kit is surely very good. but i really dont think that you r gettign a stable reading of 1mg from the load cell. and if you are getting please let me know...
hi ,
for many years i have 4 sample of ad1232 with me, but i have done jewelery project with ad7730 and now doing other weighing scale with ca5460a.
i owned a SSI manufacturing unit of weighing scale. for the time being my next logical project is to make a analytical weighing...
modulatin index in FM
hi all,
i got a very small question about the modulaiton index of FM.
suppose i generated a FM wave at 10MHz . the modulating index is 5. now i multipliex the frequency to 10 to get 100MHz fm wave. now what is the modulating index of the 100MHz FM wave...
Re: embedded job in india
thanks for the reply.......
i did consultacy job most of the time..... i already worked on 8051, AVR, PSOC with C and for desktop interface JAVA Swing, i did mainly industrial work ie different weight scales design, temperature controller...
embedded job in india
can any body tell me that why it is hard to get a job in embedded system here in india, though i have more than 4 years of experience in embedded system. ther is lots of opening in software companies but very hard to find a embedded software develop company...
rs485 communication problem
hi ,
you have to make one server and multiple client. and the server should initiate all the communication. circuit is very simple. but you have to write the correct firmwire....................
