like fire extinguisher robot..which can be easily developed from the scrap material like
a car,fan motor....and some circuitary using 741 op amps,power amplifiers,so on...
the 3 parameters in convolutional encondin are
k=number of input bits
n=number of output bits
m=number of memory registers
k/n is code rate,constraint length=??
in some sites constraint length is given as k*(m-1) and in some sites it is given as k*m
kindly tell which one is correct
