i have an idea to control the current by cutting the voltage angle up to which the current start it improve the power factor and decrease the current a little.thus it save a little energy.

I suggest u 2 try with pcb wizard .Because It is very easy & simple ever I have seen.they have also student ver.U can download a video tutorial from their site
& see it.
shock breaker circuit
There r GFCI(Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter)But its sensitivity is very poor.i want such as the difference betn live and neutral willbe micro amp level .

I think u mean inverter, battery .IPS means instant power supply.there r many scematic of inverter (simple transistorised or pwm base mosfet technology) in this site.u just search inverter circuit diagram or schematic work according to it.
