    measuring offset voltage using montecarlo

hi what Mr. shankar is saying, its correct. well the current difference will also depend on which parameter you are making mismatch and obviously on gain of your Differential amplifier.

bulk of NMOS tie to different potential instead of ground?

nmos tie bulk and source you can connect bulk to different potentials as per your requirement of Vth. As Vth depends on VBs for + ve bulk voltage, Vth will increase. Whereas for -ve bulk voltage Vth will decrease.

    Isolator/Amplifier for DA signal

Re: Isolator/Amplifier I think you must shift to +12v and -12v supply. Differential supply will also be helpful in case of input noise, spike. Try it.

please define setup & hold time of register?

define setup time hi The definitions that you have given are correct. you can add these sentences too: The Setup time is because of stray capacitance at the input. and Holdup time is because of switching time of internal transistors and diodes.

    non-idealistic on saturation region

Non idealistic on saturation region-- Means Variation of device current due to "Channel length modulation". Ideally device current in saturation must be constant showing straight line, but because of Channel Length modulation effect current varies with Vds. Channel length modulation is also...

Final year BE Electronics project suggestions!!!!!

electronics project in rfid hi kazzam If you really want to do something different with microprocessor/microcontroller, then you can go for project like "RFID system". This is Radio Frequency Identification System. You just search out RFID on Google you will get lots of material on it. Well...
