Step by step:
You need at least one Network card in both side.
You also need to use a network cable (cross-cable) - Cat5 or 6 for example
You also must install network card drivers and assign valid IP address for them.
Now connect the cable and check the network with ping command.

calculate average psnr
I want to calculate Average video Frame PSNR (average of 300 PSNR value) but some of frame PSNR are zero how can I compute Average PSNR?
