    Btw the problem is the MMSIM version : BSIMSOI 4.3 is only supported since version 7.2 of MMSIM and I'm actually running 7.0 (cf )

    Hello, I got the exact same issue. Could you describe how you did solve it ? Thanks a lot edit : Okay hotfixed it. Changed the version of the requested files from 4.3 to 4.
