Hi,
Currently I am analyzing Tx part and given one Driver amp. and one two stage or three stage Power amp.
Can some one help to understand what is the difference to using of two stage or three stage PA except gain if it is possible to get power with 2 stage.
And for example given OP1dB =33...
Re: Active MIXER measure
I simulate mixer without buffer NF is 3.6dB@1~50MHz and when I add buffer NF is 4.5dB.
possimulation without buffer shows expected result but when i add buffer noise increases 9dB@1~8MHz
and 5dB NF @ 10~50MHz.
Hi, I am designing active wide band mixer. problem is buffer degraded performance
possimulation without buffer is quit good result but when adding buffer doesn't gives that result, which was without buffer
is there some way to measure without using buffer?
can some one help?
thank you in...
Hi, I am designing wide band lna and freq range is 0.7~2.7GHz
am using noise cancelling technique, but gain is not flat.
and linearity is poor in 0.7GHz than 2.7GHz.
Is there possible to use shunt peaking inductor to get flat gain
and how to improve linearity (I'm using CADENC for simulation)
