My lowest temperature may reach until -100'C.
Because i'm doing some temperature sensing for some fridges that are operate below -55'C.
Basically i have my own ready develop MCU board. I just need an external temperature sensor to input the voltage level or something to my MCU board.
Currently...
Anyone know any type/model of Temperature sensor component that can measure temperature for below -55'C ?
What i have searched so far, mostly the normal sensor like LM10 just can operates not lower than -55'C. :cry:
i'm currently developing a humidity sensing for my board.
I'm using a Humidity Resistance CHR-O1 sensor from Cybersen product. As mentioned in the datasheet, the sensor uses AC 1V (50 ~ 2 K Hz) supply.
I'm using a 555 timer to generate the pulses and the expected output will be in frequency...
