Hi everyone, I need help again… on “quadratic inequality”.
How come the 1/3 < |x| < 1/2 become 1/3 < x < 1/2 or 1/3 < −x < 1/2?
And, this is the original problem of above solutions: 1/9 < x^2 < 1/4.
I wasn’t able to find the proof from my calculus book because the book says:
1) |x| = x if x...
I wonder if anyone here knows any DERIVATIVE or differentiation book such as “Exercises in Integration” by Claude George, Springer-Verlag. Any advance would be appreciated.
Actually, I am looking for MORE techniques, manipulations, etc, on INTEGRATION and DERIVATIVE that could not be found on...
I have 2 questions to ask.
Which is “integrand” and the “antiderivative” on the following integral?
\[\int dx / {1 + (tan x)}\]
What is “hyperbolicus” (form of trigonometry identities which include e or exponential)?
I am an undergraduate student of engineering, so please tell me the easiest...
Hi everyone, I would like to practice Integral problems because I am pretty weak in this field and I have brought a book with a title like DIFFERENTIAL AND INTEGRAL EQUATION which I put thought that the content of the book is about Integral such as standard Calculus book like Varberg, Stewart...
The following 4 of Differential Equations textbooks are the only option of mine:
Elementary Differential Equations with Boundary Value Problems, 2E
Werner Kohler, Lee Johnson
Addison Wesley
Differential Equations with Boundary Value Problems, 2E
John Polking, Al Boggess, David Arnold
Prentice...
