So i cannot do direct multiplication by e^-2*pi*f?
I guess NCO uses sine/cosine tables..Is there any available NCO code that implements this?
Moreover, is there any limitations on the number of channels?

I meant by constant value that f(c) is not variable and does not need to be software defined.Also, my signal is complex so I cant process only one sideband.
So to rephrase, I ve a complex signal at passband and I need to shift it to baseband.I am asking about clues to do so in VHDL.

I need to shift the whole band into baseband. To do so, we multiply by e^-2*pi*f(c).
Can you please show me how to implement this in VHDL and Verilog?

I m using ISE 10.1. Coregen available DDS/NCO has a maximum of 16 channels.
You are suggesting to generate a one 256 DDC (not 4*64). Is this possible?
