MATCHING CIRCUIT FOR LNA
I Want to design a matching circuit for LNA.I have selected the transistor and dc biased it.Also plot the constant gain circles and noise circle. Now,Please guide me that how I design the input and output matching circuits using a software ADS for a frequency 2.1 GHz.
RF input power of LNA
The input power of my receiver is -100dBm (.1 pw).I want to design LNA using BJT but how can I calculate or recognized that my LNA is able to sense such a small signal at the input. What parameter of the BJT indicate us about the sensitivity of transistor.
I am a beginner and want to design LNA of the frequency 2100 Mhz.Plese help me to design the dc biasing circuit for the bipolar transistor which also isolate the RF and dc biasing
