To simulate with lcd, use 16f873 since Proteus don't have 16f73 and 16c73 is incompatible with program counter of 16f 73. So 16f873 will work with it only on simulation.
For a 24v system, use 32k and 220k , and don't bother using the lm324 use a current transformer instead , I will upload the Proteus schematic or pdf of the circuit, the feedback is working fine, but use a 5v transformer instead, but I use opto coupler in feedback and it is working..

.. regarding the compiltion with mplab -- it has
too many error, but inverter is working well, try to understand how the inverter works, then it will be easier for you to implement. thanks Mrahman.. please send me a copy of sn3_ups.c thank you
