I select two points and define the discrete port between them.

I don't know which is electromagnetic tool you are using but in CST you can find some interesting examples of microstirp and waveguide couplers and circulators. Maybe these examples can help you.

I used CST to make this kind of analysis and this program allows to use different S-parameter file formats.
Only, be sure that the simulation frequency range is within both files.
