Is it Bus bar integrated into PCB or Thick copper PCB?

If my internal clock frequency range if from 50Mhz to 400MHz, how will it impact my power dissipation calculation.

Can anyone tell me, on physical level as well software/application level, which parameter decided speed limit of communication channel/protocol?
Example I always hear, LIN will go up to 20Kbps only, why not 10Mbps?
CAN can go up to 5Mbps only, why not 50Mbps?

What I remember is, wave guide also plays important role in this design ( including ridge thickness & height).
Distance of probe from bottom,impedance plays crucial role.
Remember one thing, you are transferring impedance from 377 ohm to say 50 ohm.
so this transition should happen smoothly...
