Mechanical motion will be well soothed for this project .I think Mr BradtheRad got the idea of the project but in my area here in Lagos LED flashlight that contain a shaker is not common but can you throw more light on how we can actualize the second option you mentioned.
If their is any way u can assist on that E I iron core transformer with the specification earlier mentioned i will appreciate it.

can someone help on how to design and construct 1.5KVA ,230v transformer for power inverter , i need details on number of turns, wire gauge , lamination and any theory associated with winding of mentioned transformer.
