Hello
I am using a MOSFET driver circuit with SI2303 as p-channel mosfet and SI2302 as n-channel mosfet.
I have given control signal (of 5V) on the gate of n-channel mosfet to turn-on and off the p-channel mosfet.
However, the p-channel mosfet is not getting off and I am constantly finding...
Hello
I am using a MOSFET driver circuit to supply power from one section to another section in my design.
I need to pass 2Amps current from one section to another section in my design.
I have selected SI2301 (p-channel mosfet) and SI2302 (n-channel mosfet).
My application is a continuous...
Hello
I am trying to make USB connection to PIC18f14k50.
Following are connections :-
Pin 1 (Vdd)------>5V
Pin 2 & 3 -------->External crystal oscillator (20MHz)
Pin 4 (MCLR)------------->Pulled high with 10K
Pin 20 -------------------->GND
Pin 17---------------------> capacitor (0.1UF)...
I am using PIC16F1503 for my automotive application. I want to understand few things:-
1)I have gone through through the schematic present in the "https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/50002295A.pdf". In this, PIC 16F1503 is not having external oscillator. I want to know if it is...
I want to establish a UART Communication between GSM and GPS.
The Supply Voltage of GPS is 3.3V.
The Supply Voltage of GSM is 3.8V.
The measured RX/TX Voltage Levels of GPS is 2.8V and 0V (for logic High and logic Low).
The measured RX/TX Voltage Levels of GSM is 1.8V and 0V (for logic High and...
I want to establish a UART communication between two modules. The Rx/Tx Voltage levels of the modules are 2.8V and 1.8V. Also, I have only 3.3V as the supply voltage on my board.
Kindly guide me as to how can I perform this level shifting.
Thanks
hi ,
I am using Arduino uno and i am running out of SRAM.
I came through F() Macro but it saved memory for Serial.println() and with software serial object.
But most of my code use Altsoftserial libraray object and there i do not see any SRAM memory change if i use F() macro in print...
What is the difference in the following two modes?
1> GSM in sleep mode
2>GSM is on but not doing anything
Ofcourse, there is a differnce of power consumption but do they differ functionally also?
Please comment
Thanks
