I have tried the method suggested by nchelp that using the -unlock option of the ncpac utility. However, I got a permission denied issue stating that
ncpack: *W,CRPTLK: Library 'std' is locked for write access (Permission denied), unlock may corrupt it.

I have trouble running the ams simulation. When I tried to run the simulation, the error message popped up and the simulation is stopped.
The error message:
